An AI resolution is counted when Atlas Desk fully handles a user's inquiry from start to finish without human intervention. Standard conversational back-and-forth within the same ticket counts as a single resolution.
Your AI will continue to work flawlessly. We simply charge a transparent flat overage rate of $0.05 per extra resolution, which is 40x cheaper than legacy competitors.
On the Scale plan, your AI agent will be able to 'see' screenshots sent by users to diagnose UI errors, and transcribe voice notes sent via WhatsApp natively. We are currently finalizing the rollout for these pipelines.
