Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Atlas Desk platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. API Usage & Rate Limiting

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Atlas Desk enforces rate limits on inbound webhook requests (including WhatsApp and Email endpoints) to maintain platform stability. Excessive requests may result in temporary throttling.
