Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you use Atlas Desk, we collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, request on-demand services, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.

  • Account Information: Name, email address, organization details.
  • Support Data: Content of the support tickets, attachments, and chat logs routed through our AI engine.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Specifically, for our RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) engine:

Data Isolation: Your knowledge base data is strictly partitioned by your organization's sub-domain. We do not use your proprietary support data to train foundational models across other tenants.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you choose to terminate your organization's workspace, all vectorized data in our Pinecone database and relational data in our primary database is purged within 30 days.
